Description:
67 year old woman who had Mohs Micrographic Surgery for a very extensive basal cell skin cancer of the tip of her nose that Dr. Bentkover reconstructed utilizing a Paramedian Forehead Flap to replace the left half of the tip of the nose. Flap is taken from the forehead at the first operation and attached to the nose. Second image shows the patient three weeks after the first operation. At one month a second operation is performed to divide the flap from its originial blood supply and contour it to the nose. The rest of the photos shown after the three week photo are at 4 years after surgery.
