Patient 24346
Description:
One of the most common reconstructions we do for defects in the skin created by a Mohs Micrographic Surgery excision is called an island pedicle flap or a V-Y flap. The images here show the Mohs defect, the flap sewn in place with a layer of surgical glue on it for protection, and the result 3 months after surgery.
* Each patient is unique and individual results may vary.
