I am a 23-year-old female with a large hump in the middle of my nose. Would a rhinoplasty be able to remove it, or would the bone section of the hump still remain?
Part of the hump on your nose is bone and most likely part is cartilage. I rhinoplasty should be able to flatten both to a large degree. However, depending on the strength and size of your nasal bones there are limits as to how much bone and cartilage can be removed. Usually the goal is to make your nose fit your face.
