I am 24 years old, female, and I would love to have beautiful, high cheek bones. I read somewhere that cheek implants are permanent. Is this true? I am concerned that if for some reason I wasn’t happy with the results I would be stuck with them.
Yes, cheek implants are meant to be permanent. However, that does not mean that they cannot be removed if you do not like them. They are most commonly make of silicone plastic and are relatively easy to remove. You may require a local anesthetic with sedation or a general anesthesia.
