I broke my nose and ever since it twists to the side. Can this be fixed with rhinoplasty and how?
The nasal bones and/or your nasal septum are “deviated”, that is crooked. Yes, a rhinoplasty can often straighten this. The bones are cut with a small chisel placed under the skin. I the septum is also crooked, it would need to be straightened. For this I often use cartilage from other parts of the septum as grafts to straighten it. Here is some more information:
