When I breathe through my nose there is a whistling sound. Can a rhinoplasty eliminate breathing problems?
Usually, when you have a whistling sound in her nose, it is from a hole in the front part of your nasal septum. Common causes are previous septal surgery, trauma, chronic picking, and cocaine use. You may need to have the hole repaired. This is a separate procedure from a rhinoplasty but often can be done at the same time.
