Question:
My child was born with microtia causing his right ear to.   Can otoplasty build a normal looking ear for my child?

Answer:
This is much more than an otoplasty.  It usually requires a rib cartilage graft in a staged operation.  It should be done by someone who does many in a year.

Question:
I'm 38 years old and have some hollowing or volume loss in my lower cheeks. Can this be fixed with a facelift or would fillers or fat grafting be a better option?

Answer:
A facelift usually will not improve volume loss in the lower cheeks. A midface lift my change the appearance by moving volume up. Most commonly a filler like Radiesse, fat grafting or a cheek implant will help.

Question : I notice that when I am not smiling, it looks like I am frowning. People actually comment that I seem angry.  I don’t know if this involves just my mouth or both my mouth and eyes. Would a consultation help me identify whether I need a cheek lift, an eyelift or both?
