I feel as if fillers would be beneficial and enhance the appearance of my face. How often would I need to get this procedure repeated?
In general, most fillers last 6-14 months. All the fillers go away slowly, so you want to be observant and not wait until it is all gone before your next treatment. Some, like Radiesse, stimulate some collagen when placed just under the skin. Re-treatment at 6-9 months in the first year, I believe, leads to better longevity. We have seen excellent longevity of 9-12 months with Juvederm and Perlane used for lip augmentation.
