I’m a 57 year-old man and I’ve been considering getting a face lift. Since the facial skin is repositioned, how does this affect the appearance of the sideburns? How do you keep them from looking unnatural?
The incisions in a male face lift are a bit different from those in a female. Male sideburns are more of an extension of the actual hairline than female side burns. The key in a male face lift is to try to avoid bringing the sideburn too close to the ear and to try to avoid bringing the beard behind the ear.
