In general, yes. Everytime you have surgery on your nose it creates more scar that can potentially distort the nose. Sometimes, however, a revision may be a quick procedure to just trim or add some cartilage or file the bones a bit more. Some revisions can be very complex, if a lot of cartilage or bone was removed at the first procedure.
