The Laser Facial™ is a special treatment program to tighten, smoothen, lighten and generally rejuvenate aging skin.

The Laser Facial™ was originally designed  for patients in all age groups concerned about excess pigment, prominent blood vessels and wrinkles of the face.  Because we have a variety of lasers that most effectively treat these different conditions, we were able to offer this series of treatments with three of our lasers used simultaneously at each session to gently tighten, lighten and rejuvenate your skin: the V-Beam (red lines), SmoothBeam (for wrinkles) and Yag5 or Alex lasers (for brown spots).

With the advent of Rhytec Portrait® Plasma Skin Rejuvenation we are now able to take the Laser Facial™ to a whole new level.

It is more correct to call it the..

Plasma - Laser Facial™

Our Rhytec Portrait® Plasma Treatment will lighten and tighten your skin much more effectively than with our previous protocol.  After your Portrait® Skin Regeneration we can then treat you with the V-Beam laser for red lines (telangiectasias) on your face.   

We have two treatment protocols for the Laser Facial™:

High Energy Protocol

• A High Energy Rhytec Portrait® treatment to improve the skin color, tighten skin and remove fine lines followed by 2-4 V-Beam® laser treatments to remove fine red blood vessels (telangiectasias)
• Requires about 6-9 days of downtime after the Portrait® treatment
• Recommended if very visible wrinkles (especially around the eyes)  or acne scars are a major concern along with prominent facial blood vessels or spider veins

Low Energy Protocol

• A series of 3-4 Low Energy Rhytec Portrait® treatments to improve the skin color, tighten skin and remove fine lines followed by 2-4 V-Beam® laser treatments to remove fine red blood vessels (telangiectasias)
• You can usually go to work in 2 days with some Aquaphor-like ointment on the areas treated with Rhytec for 2-5 days.
• Recommended if you have very early fine wrinkles or just want stimulate more collagen growth in your skin before the wrinkles really set in.  Will treat blood vessels in your skin just like the High Energy Protocol
  

Which protocol is right for you?
