Blood Vessels Dr. Bentkover most commonly uses the Candela V-Beam Perfecta laser for these conditions: broken cappilaries, telangiectasias, Portwine Stains and hemangiomas. In patients with lighter telangiectasias of the face or a mixture of increased brown pigment and telangiectasias he often uses the Candela Intense Pulsed Light (IPL).		Brown Discoloration The right treatment choice for you depends on the severity of your unwanted pigment, your skin type (very light to very dark), how much time you have to devote to treatment and your overall aesthetic goals. Some small spots can be treated with the Candela TriVantage laser in the Alexandrite or YAG mode. Some can be treated with the Candela Intense Pulsed light. For removal of unwanted pigment and overall rejuvenation, Portrait PSR3 Plasma Resurfacing is often a good choice.

Wrinkles & Scars Unfortunately, there is no magic wrinkle-removing cream or potion. Wrinkles can be treated with the Carbon Dioxide Laser or Portrait PSR 3 nitrogen plasma depending on the depth and severity of the wrinkles.(Portrait PSR3 is not a laser but works in a very similar manner with its own distinct advantages)		Tattoo Removal Using the Candela TriVantage laser Dr. Bentkover treats many patients each month who want their tattoos removed or modified.
