Procedure details: 39 year old gentleman born with a cleft lip and palate. The cleft lip nose poses significant challenges, because the cartilage on the cleft side can be smaller, partially missing, and twisted. He came to Dr. Bentkover after having previous rhinoplasty about 10 years before. Dr Bentkover revised his nose with the help of ear cartilage and septal cartilage grafts. Photos are before Dr. Bentkover’s surgery and 2 years after the initial surgery and a small touch up. |
