Holly O'Neil - Office Manager Holly coordinates all aspects of office administration and patient communications, including public relations. She is vital to our practice's ability to function day in and day out.She could often be described as the "air traffic controller" for the office. After taking courses in business and medical office training, Holly acquired a certificate of achievement in Medical Coding and Billing. She has worked in plastic surgery since 2000 and is a tremendous asset to our practice. She has been with Bentkover Facial Plastic Surgery since 2007.
Kim van Gerven, BA - Aesthetician, Make-up Artist and Receptionist After a successful fifteen year career in sales, marketing, and management, Kim decided to make a change that would allow her more family time. She became certified and licensed in aesthetics and make-up artistry from the the Elizabeth Grady School of Aesthetics in 1997. This led to servicing a large clientele at a day spa and then to the position of regional trainer and educator for several skin care, make-up, and hair removal systems.
As we continue to expand the aesthetic services within our practice, Kim will be available to provide you with her professional knowledge, expertise, and care.
Nancy L. Bentkover - RN, BS, BSN - Aesthetic Nurse & Practice Manager Originally destined to teach English in secondary school, after graduation from Boston State College, Nancy changed course and entered the nursing program at the Faulkner Hospital in Boston. After a career at Children's Hospital in Boston marked by her commitment to delivering very personal care and her close relationships with her patients and their families, she took time off to raise a family. During that time she also earned a second bachelor's degree and became a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the Worcester Juvenile Court and a certified fitness instructor. For 15 years, her daily 9AM class at the Worcester YWCA was noteworthy for her commitment to innovation and her loyal following.
Trained as an Aesthetic Nurse-Specialist, Nancy coordinates our aesthetic surgery practice. She is also a skin care specialist and is certified in laser hair removal and cosmetic Botox treatments. If you have any questions about skin care or aesthetic surgery, please feel free to ask Nancy. She has a tremendous wealth of information and will take as much time as needed to make sure all your questions are answered.
