43 year old woman who had Mohs Micrographic Surgery for a large basal cell cancer of her nose. More than half of the skin of the tip of her nose had been removed in order to remove all the cancer. The patient was sent to Dr. Bentkover for reconstruction. The reconstruction utilized a Paramedian Forehead Flap from the right side of her forehead to replace the skin of the tip of her nose and cartilage grafts added to the tip of the nose. Intraoperative photos show flap being raised and then after attachment to nose. The next picture shows the flap in place just prior to the last operation, at which the flap is divided from its original blood supply and sculpted. It is 8 weeks after the initial operation and 4 weeks after an operation to thin the flap. The rest of the Post-Op photos are 3.5 years after the initial operation after the initial operation.
