After - 45 year old woman. 30 months after revision rhinoplasty. Bony cyst removed from right side near the eye, nasal tip remade entirely to remove the pinched appearance due to too much removal of tip cartilage and to restore the patient's breathing. Patient also had upper eyelid blepharoplasty.
